These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications (the "Apps") provided by iDev, an app studio operated by Jorge Anderson. By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps;
• Use the Apps in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

Content and intellectual property

Wallpapers and other content provided in the Apps are intended for personal use only. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
